Refund Policy

ATI Hub refund policy acknowledges the regulation, control, and guidelines of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) and the authority of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) 2018, as it relates to refund policies and rights of the consumer. Our refund policy stipulates that application for our services are committal as one-off payments to consideration for our full service, therefore application fees are non-refundable. Payments for services and products are refundable subject to eligibility status that are revised on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Information

Refunds may be processed and received upon application through the Hello@atihub.tech email. Refunds are typically made out on an assessment of outstanding services for a pro-rated payout, partial payment or full payment. Timeline for refund payments may take between 7 to 30 days after refund request to be effected where applicable.

Refund Process

A refund request can be made by sending an email to Hello@atihub.tech using the subject “Refund Application”.

The refund request must include documentation in form of a signed letter detailing the following;

  • The amount paid
  • The method of payment
  • The name of the payer
  • The refund amount requested as full or partial payment
  • The details of the service paid for
  • The reason for the refund payment
  • Other important information to facilitate the refund process
The refund request letter must be accompanied by proof of payment for service or product, and other relevant information that may be required by ATI Hub to facilitate a seamless refund process.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding the assessment, processing, eligibility, and all matters relating to refunds and cancellations shall strongly consider non-litigation measures as much as possible. However, all legal and arbitrary processes are arising in relation to this refund policy is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
